The secret behind our pasta? It’s the wheat germ – the most valuable part of the grain, which is usually discarded in industrial production. Rich in vitamin E, D, and plant-based protein, it gives our pasta its distinct, intense flavor and superior nutritional value. During cooking, it releases a wonderful wheat aroma – and tints the water slightly green: a true sign of natural quality. Thanks to traditional methods, we are able to reintroduce this fresh wheat germ into the dough. Without preservatives. Without colorings. But full of character.
